How to use Safe Mode on your Android device – Phone or Tablet [Tutorial]

If your device has started acting up, it’s freezing, rebooting, lagging, crashing, it may be due to some app you have downloaded and installed. You can test that theory by putting the device in Safe mode, where it starts with only the original software and apps that came with it. If the issues go away in safe mode, the issue is probably caused by a third-party app downloaded on your device.

In this short tutorial you can find out how to enter safe mode (2 different methods), what to expect, and how to disable safe mode at the end.

The procedure is shown on three different devices: LG K4 and Samsung Galaxy S6 running stock firmware, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 running CM13.
