Dell Inspiron N7110 laptop wifi driver missing, not installed, reinstalled windows 7 , solved!!!!!!!

How to download the Wifi driver for a Dell Inspiron N7110:

Note* this should work with other dell laptops

1st step: go to –
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/inspiron-17r-n7110/drivers

2nd step: download
” Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1030/Advanced-N 6230 Driver” . Category: Network, Date: 11 Dec 2013

File Name: Network_Intel_WLAN_W784_A02_Setup-37PPD_ZPE.exe ***** just in case you need to verify that its the right driver.

3rd step: Once file has been download, open it and proceed with installing it. Once installed, which takes about 3-4 minutes, you should see the wifi icon once installation is complete.

Note*** This package provides Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1030/Advanced-N 6230 Driver and is supported on XPS Notebook L511z/L702X/L321X/L502X, Inspiron N4110/N4120/N411z/N7110 and Vostro 3450/3750 that are running on following Windows Operating system: Windows 7 (64-bit) and Windows 8 (64-bit).
